If you have things to do today do NOT come to this location. I’m a patient person but I have been here 40 minutes and they haven’t talked not even called me even talk with the receptionist. I heard a lot of laughter and joking coming from the back. They are changing medical system records however I have been to Dr offices where they are changing systems and were a LOT faster than these people here! I’m not the type to do this as I always have something nice to say but this is ridiculous!

I’m not sure what the point of appointments are if you can’t be relatively close with them. My apt was 2 & they ask you to be 10 min early. I was but I wasn’t seen until 3:30. When my name was finally taken off the waitlist meaning I was next, they took 2 people in front of me. When I asked the ladies at the front desk what the deal was the one asked the other if she let them know I was here. She responded yes & then I was told they should be out to get me soon. Made an appt for 10:20 am still currently waiting in the waiting room over an hour and a half later. No communication from the receptionists. Rude intake nurse getting vitals. 10/10 would have been better at the ER.
I was treated rudely and waited from 1:20 to 5:00 with no care and total rudeness from the two behind the desk in the back. The checkin girl was VERY NICE. I don’t include her in this. I never got seen. They only have 4 treatment rooms and I was in one of them (never treated) and when I left there were 2 people waiting. I wished them good luck and walked out without been seen. Pitiful way to treat the sick and hurting. Those girls need to find a new profession.

Nothing Xpress about it. Over 4 hours to get seen. Next time I will just go the the emergency room. The staff was nice.

Horrible Customer Service been trying to a get simple appointment setup for over a week now but these lazy, nonmotivated “nurses” must not like to work. Cant even push patients in and out. I’m heated!!! They love tell there patients first come first serve and I got a huge problem with that! I just wanted to let you know my feelings, on September 5, 2021, I visited the clinic with my daughter with symptoms of covid and only asked for a covid19 test, the PCR and the rapid test, they performed both of us, that day the doctor who only entered to the room to say the results and nothing else because the doctor never checked our throat, ears or chest, he told me that the result of the rapid test of my daughter and mine will be negative, we left and on September 8, 2021 they called to Notify that the results of my daug... read more
Paid $135 for them to just send me to the er for them to tell me it was just a stomach virus. Should have just went to the er in the first place. Will not be coming back
