Was their first on 10am until 3:30pm. One of the medication ordered our doctor took my husband off because it could cause him to fall.
Do NOT waste your time with this place!!! Horrible attitude and service. Will never go back or recommend to anyone.
Would not recommend. Unfortunately it’s the only urgent care available in our area so I have been there 3 times. My primary is an hour away also. Each time I say I will not return. But then I do. This last time will definitely be the last time. I had been prescribed an antibiotic and given a steroid shot. I have developed thrush due to the antibiotics but they refused to call in a simple mouth wash unless I come and be seen again. I have amazing insurance so I’m sure it’s just a ploy to get another payment. Highly disappoint... read more
I took my 3 year old to Xpress Wellness on Monday bc I thought she had a uti. Her primary dr couldn’t get her in until Wednesday and I didn’t want to wait that long. Well, after almost 2 hours of her screaming in pain trying to get her to pee for a urine sample, they put a catheter in to get the urine sample.... they said they’d have the results in 24 hrs bc they send off to a lab. So, on Wednesday morning I finally call them to see if they have results. They call me back a few hours later with the most confusing information... read more
