The absolute WORST urgent care patient services in Muskogee. After waiting 3 hours, and X-rays I was told no radiologist available to read them. The PA seemed very caring but the rest of the staff there seemed to not care. This is NOT an urgent care center. You can drive to Tulsa, receive care and be back with a diagnosis in 3 hours. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

I was there for over 2 hours with covid, the app did not work, so after standing there going round I asked the receptionist to make an appointment for me BECAUSE I'M TOO SICK TO PLAY WITH AP
Make sure you double check your bank account to ensure they take your copay at the time of your visit. If you don’t they can possibly drain your bank account right at Christmas time and leave you stuck with overdraft charges.
I got to the place 10 minutes before scheduled appointment as required. I checked in and was asked to wait in my car until they called my cell ph. After waiting an hour, I called the receptionist and enquired about the length of the wait. She assured me she had the correct number and there were two people ahead of me and something about the internet being down. In all I waited 1 1/2 hrs to get in, it’s hard to be patient when you’re not feeling well. I can say the doctor and staff were kind and professional.
Been here 2 hours, in the room for 30 minutes and not one soul has been in to check on us.

We got there 50 minutes before they closed. There were 3 other people there needing to be seen. They would not see my daughter! We had to drive to Tulsa to see a dr! I will never, ever give my business to this place again!
Clinic was clean. Wait to go back was acceptable without checking in online (30 mins like I was told.) However, an hour and half later to see the doctor is WAY too long for a walk-in clinic that wasn't busy.
This place is not fast and not friendly. It looks nice but I'm not coming back...
