The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and made me feel very unwelcome. She had a hateful tone. This isn't my first time having an unwelcoming experience. Ive had a nurse talking down about my mother. Ive had a nurse make me feel judged for getting Sexual Disease test work done. They are clean and quick environment but the staff have an attitude problem and tonal issue in the way they speak to patients and the people brought in with said the patient
I’ve been here multiple times. They get me in and out quick! As a mom of three, that usually has to take all three kiddos, i appreciate the urgency to get scene! Kids love the popsicles too! Thank you!
Overall it was good, because I'm a custodial grandparent. I had to run home and get paperwork showing I had custody. It's just kind of hard. They don't ask parents for proof their parents of a kid. That was a bit inconvenient. But I feel like our provider listened and had some good input for my grandchild. Who is a patient there.
By far the worst experience I’ve had. NP didn’t listen to a single thing I brought up, didn’t even touch or exam the area that was injured and was barely in the room for 3 minutes total. Sent me home with completely ridiculous meds when a scan or X-ray should’ve been done to truly figure out what is going on. waste of time and money. Just skip this place and go literally anywhere else.
Unprofessional empathetic front reception. She did not submitt my intake forms until I asked after 45 min of waiting how much longer it was going to be. Then she was rude about the whole interaction, which granted she was probably embarrassed that she forgot about me. Funny thing though there was only one other person there at the time and they left shortly after this interaction. Only and only after I said something did I actually get seen
