Unprofessional and unkind. The front office staff mocked someone on the phone while I was checking in. I waited in a room for an hour only to be told that the PA could only prescribe limited medications. I was sent home in pain because the "website" only offered muscle relaxers as a solution to my back pain. I will be visiting an actual medical professional on Monday.

As a patient of this clinic since they have been open, today I was told I could not be seen without signing an authorization of auto payments for what insurance doesn't cover. I have great medical insurance, not once have i had an outstanding balance. Because I didn't sign the paperwork, they disregarded my $40 co pay and said to be seen I had to pay $135. Needless to say, I left and will not be returning.

People come in sick and are give a tablet to fill out information. Poorest customer service for a dr office. Really, get a receptionist that will greet people. The last thing a sick person needs is to try and use a tablet!

This place is the worst i visited,get appointment for 12:05 pm I can't stand up or sit because my back. They made me wait for 25 minutes before I decided to leave this place. The pain was too high to continue to stand up.They need to rename this from Xpress to Auschwitz urgent care.

Second time I have been here. First time everyone was amazing. This time the only person that was considerate and nice was at the front desk receptionist. I went in with back pain that had been going on for close to 2 weeks. When I told the nurse the prescription that I had from my visit in 2016 she tried to tell me it was a steroid and not an anti inflammatory.... Did the on line check in; got to clinic on time still waiting almost hour after appointment time - not good

The front office staff is lacking in personality and efficiency. They seemed more interested in eating and chatting. I made an appointment for my husband with their online system and was told if I had an appointment, I would not have to wait. I checked in and the monitor said 0-15 minute wait for my husband. We waited for over an hour. Just as long as the walk-ins. The LPN and PA were nice. But I expected to see a MD or DO.
