Boyd spent 4 hours waiting, after arriving when they were opening. Many ppl who also didn’t check in online were seen before Boyd. They asked him to come in, only to ask him to leave, again after 4 hours of waiting, because he didn’t have a mask. No other patient had a mask, but he was singled out. Do NOT go here. I’ve been misdiagnosed THREE times since August. I went in with puss pockets on my tonsils TWICE and they told me it was viral. I had to go to a different doctor both times to get antibiotic. I went in a week ago and told them my back was hurting, I had a horrible cough, and I thought I had pneumonia (I’m prone to it) they also told me it was viral. I continued to get worse and went back yesterday. She refused to X-ray me (yes, I have insurance) and gave me a Z pack. I called back today because I’m actually w... read more

Nurse Practitioner was very rude..Nurses were awful..And it has taken 2days to get Rx called in..
I was there February 15 for my daughter!! She was sent home February 14 for a fever 103.2 and ran that when we got to urgent care at 9:20am it was so packed.. she was seen at 11.20am and she had the FLU!! On the other hand I was back there again on March 1 for my husband and he was in the back within 15 mins! !
Nothing xpress or urgent about this clinic. We waited for 2 1/2 hrs before we got seen, just to get tested for the flu. Staff was very nice, but the wait was just irritating especially when there are 3 people in the waiting room. Apparently you need to check in online to priority treatment.....who new. If there's ever a next time that's the route to go.
Usually I am here when they open if I need to come. Today I have been here nearly 2 hours and still not in a room. I guess no one should bother coming if it's 11 or after without checking in online. The time they tell you will be wrong and they will see person after person who arrived after you. There were 2 employees in uniform just watching me get a flu test. Perhaps if they were working I could go home and begin to heal!!
