Everyone was really nice when I got there, but before leaving I changed my mind and wanted a doctor’s note and the lady I asked seemed annoyed and unwilling to help. When she finally got my note it was only excused for a day. The doctor before made it sound fine to make a note for 3-5 days just to prevent possible spread when I was in the room. I possibly have COVID because I have symptoms of the new strain, but I guess it’s fine if I go to work tomorrow and get all the older people at work sick 🤔

Literally got there over an hour before they say they are closed, and they refused to see my child. The only patient there walked out while we were trying to check in. Parking lot was completely empty and online it said they were taking walk ins still and there were 0 patients waiting… they said they were overwhelmed and completely full which is a complete lie.
Unprofessional. Rushed visit.

Went into them today because I’ve been sick the past two days, told me they can’t see me because I have an unpaid balance. Last time I was there for for a wasp sting they literally took my blood pressure made me wait 45 minutes to see the doctor then told me all they could do was benedryl (that I’m allergic to) then proceeded to charge me 148$ even though I had insurance? And I pod my 25$ co pay at the beginning? No. Don’t recommend at all. How can you deny someone who is sick honestly?

Showed up at 1030 am Saturday February 15, 2020. Receptionist rudely told me I had to have an on line appt. or I could wait and I might get seen at 5pm. I would be at the bottom of the list. How rude is that!! I didn’t even have time to tell her why I was there. I don’t feel good to begin with and then she opens the conversation with that. Not a walk in clinic at all!!! Why is this called an urgent care when everyone makes appointments online? Could not get my 2 year old in for an ear infection because they said Sundays are their busy days. Awful service
