Unprofessional, Dr was arguing with company on phone while we waited. I thought it was actually an upset patient. He finally came in and looked irritated, didn’t introduce himself, and felt rushed. Staff was cold, unfriendly, and had very little patient care. One time visit was one too many.

I think you did good of explaining everything about the surgery. I was feeling nervous and they told me not to worry about it and how easy the procedure is.

Does not accept Medicare dual complete insurance like united healthcare when their website says they do which is not true and I would rather suffer than have to pay out of pocket

It did not feel like the office cared about the patient. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this office to anyone when calling the staff that answered the phone were very rude. When I asked if I needed to call and get someone else because she sounded irritated, she then completed the phone call. Treatment was put off so much so that we had to find another oral surgeon. I can only assume that the issue was that it was a VA authorization. Unfortunately most veterans give up because they are treated this way.

My appointment was at 3 pm and I got there 15 minutes prior to my appointment because I knew there would be paperwork that I needed to fill out. I filled out the paperwork and waited to be called back. The receptionist answering the phone would complain about patients after she got off the phone with them and then would call them nasty names. Arrived for consultation and was met with paperwork. Standard. Waited for 20 minutes before taken back. Assistant took X-rays, took to a consultation room, and asked where the issue was. I asked if she had my referral. She did but was not trained to view the xray. She conferred with other assistants and they decided to do a CT scan. She then took me back to the consultation room. Great explanations for what to expect. We waited two hours to see the dr for the initial consultation. Got him right in on the day of surgery. Seemed to really care about his needs while there. He felt dr was not very gentle during the iv placement. Took 6 hours to get his pain medication filled due to miscommunication

I was really disappointed that I have to wait so long to get my 2 teeth pulled. I had to call back to get an appointment and then call again to find out the cost. Things must be ŕeally backed up. Luckily my teeth stopped hurting. Than you
