I used Yellow Umbrella for day-of coordination because we had bus transportation and multiple vendors outside of Austin and were worried about problems coordinating everything. We were very pleased we used Cheryl and Shea as they took care of everything and if there was a problem, we certainly did not know about it! Cheryl & her team did whatever they could to make sure that my outdoor wedding (that got rained out) was absolutely perfect. It's hard to make that happen when you (as the bride) imagine your wedding day for months and suddenly it turns into something totally different, however, I think Cheryl and her team did a great job executing everything and it turns out that I wouldn't have wanted it any other way! As the photographer for their wedding, I was at a loss as to what to expect with no wedding planner or other central figure to help guide the bride and groom. Cheryl Bailey from Yellow Umbrella Events was my day of coordinator at last minute. The week before my wedding I was so stressed out, I decided to get a day of coordinator, luckily Cheryl was there to save the day! She was amazing!
