Bad service I don’t recommend this place
The lady that finance is no good she doesn't speak clear English
El servicio super bueno.las personas que lo atienden son muy amables.
Some of the workers are nice but others have nasty attitudes it seems like they want all puerto ricans working there and when they see black people they get upset and talk about you in their Spanish language. Also the dentist are so mean and almost holler at you which is so unprofessional.
Had 2 teeth extracted. Called office 2 days later saying I saw piece of tooth still there, was told it was probably bone n given an appt following wk. Rec'd call day before appt saying dr called out sick n he would then be on Vaca for 2 wks. I say I can't wait another 2wks. Given appt for nxt wk. Get to ofc to find out that dentist was in car accdt day before n I wasn't called to be cancelled yet again. I lost 2 hrs from work. I waited for over 2 hours! Never saw the dentist and I was late to work!
Waiting time to be seen for scheduled appointment.
Everyrhing was fine.
El sábado fui para mi limpieza rutinaria anual, pero el caballero que me hizo la limpieza no fue muy de agrado, la razon es me paso el hilo dental demasiado de duro al Extremo que me inflamo la encía. Para mi proxima visita quisiera que me atendiera otra persona. Por lo demas muy bien.
