The overall unprofessionalism displayed was both disheartening and frustrating. I expected a higher standard of service and ethical conduct, but instead, I encountered a series of disappointing interactions that left me questioning the integrity of this institution. She did come end and went over and beyond to get this deal done, however I just want to stress that I know that this deal was on a time crunch, and yesenia did come through and help and got it done but the one thing I didn't like is how she worded the rate information. If you say the rates are lower please make sure you explains that they are lower because of the customer buying rates. which means its only lower because I am buying the rate down not because the rates have dropped.
