I am not very computer savvy and had to rely on using my smart phone. That said, everyone involved with the loan from start to finish was extremely helpful and patient with me. Also very professional and responsive.
Yester was great, she quickly answered all of my questions or followed up on any items that she needed to check with another member of her team for (e.g. underwriting). I thought throughout the process both her and Lee were great communicators.
Everything was good just takes a bit of time.
Great experience, I was fortunate enough to have most the information requested so it made the process simple. If your not prepared for the information requested it would be very challenging to complete the process without getting frustrated
