My favorite own one place to always forever stay is City Heights Magnolia Place Dale Street New Iberia Louisiana i would never ever kill
apartment's or not sound prof you can hear your neighbors walking ,talking, vacuum and everything else.. we have some people who don't pick up after there dog .

I honestly don’t recommend staying here for the price it cost. Maintenance is slow & it’s them 3 times to fix something before it’s actually fix. My biggest issue is maintenance & their attitude & lack of professionalism. Couple of days ago it was time for me to go & me & my boyfriend were moving my stuff I instructed him to move bed springs beside the dumpster & to not put it INSIDE the dumpster because that’s what the sign said. If you’re black be aware they have racist Maintence men and a staff that doesn’t really care to do their job. What I mean is you pay $1400 a month for these people to have no courtesy and they move slow whenever you make a request for something to get fixed, the Pfirst Series Single Handle Pull Out Kitchen Faucet in Polished Chrome always had problems, the air condition flooded the room it was in twice, and to top it off I didn’t even stay there full time my girlfriend did and I just paid her rent and every time I would go... read more

The walls are paper thin. Even after months of complaining, nothing is ever done about loud music and partying. I’ve been woken up in the middle of the night so many times is ridiculous.

My car on top of two others that I know of where broken into last night. Everyone keep all your personal items out of your car! Cameras should definitely be installed since I see this is a regular problem here!

Called the office because people (non residents) were partying, playing loud music with offensive language and openly drinking alcohol. The office calls security, the people end up leaving and leave coolers of beer unattended along with all of their trash in the pool area. We watched the people leaving in their car leaving the apartment complex. And yes I have pictures. Tried to call the office back and could only leave a message for maintenance emergency and still waiting for that call back
My wife and I have lived here for a year and a month. In this period of time our LOCKED car has been broken into three times. The first time we informed the front desk and they tried to blame it on us saying we must not have locked our door properly and they informed us and that they would ask corporate for cameras. Our car doors are always locked, they break in through our passenger side door as when we get to the car it’s unlocked and ajar. The thieves had used an access tool to pop the lock and get in. At York Woods, vehicles did not have any signs of forced entry and the police believe only unlocked vehicles were targeted. Mice in the garage destroying stored belongings. Breezeways covered in beetles and spiders. Ever-fluctuating monthly bills because they subdivide the water on their own (you don’t get a bill from the water company, they tell you what to pay). The valet trash charge is worth it if you produce 2 bags of trash a day, otherwise it’s a waste, they don’t pick up when you’re home and creating trash on Fri/Sat.
