I called on Friday and spoke with Andrea who was very professional. She set me up for an appointment on Saturday. I arrived at the property on Saturday and met with Jessica. Jessica gave me a tour of the community and answered all my questions. The office was clean, they provided light refreshments, and the other residents were nice when they came into the office. I was so excited about this community, told my girlfriend, and she applied. She is scheduled to move in April. This was a good experience for the White Oak area.

I saw Mr. Oscar at his car and ask him could he come and look at my wash machine. He told me he didn’t have punch out card today, so he said wait one second. And then he came in and look at it, make a long story short he took a look at the machine cut it off and one then went to the fuse box. Then the machine start, I was so grateful he took time to check it out. I thank Mr. Oscar for taking time for me. Much Love for caring.

My best friend stays here and I'm at these apartments all the time. They do not clean these apartments well at all. A maintenance guy came and used a snake tool on a toilet in someone's apartment and tracked brown water that I'm hoping isn't poop water all down the steps. He didn't clean up behind himself and the steps has brown tracks all down the steps. Me and my friend went out of town and it's been 5 days and they still haven't mopped the building. My husband and I are looking to move-out of our current home in June and are strongly considering Yorkshire because of the personable interaction we had with Ms. Tumi. She is a really pleasant person, and will instantly make you feel at home. As a result of her kind and welcoming demeanor, the touring process was breeze. This is a wonderful place to reside. The campus is maintained and cleaned daily.The leasing office have professional staff all whom are consummate performers. This coupled with exemplary and caring leadership provided by Ms. Andrea and Ms. Tumi.
