I had an appointment with Dr. Fava regarding an overdenture issue. The staff was warm and welcoming and Dr. Fava was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable and resolved my issue very quickly. I love this place and I come here often, but today as I was walking to the table at the food court to sit down, cleaning lady saw me walking towards one of the tables and she rushed to clean the seats with the mop probably previously used on the floor. This made my experience very uncomfortable as I was about to enjoy my lunch and not have a smelly wet seats. Please tell her to respect customers and clean prior or after they leave.
