Friendly and welcoming staff. They take your well being very seriously, they are non judgemental and offer option which are then discussed with you. They make sure you understand what is going on, they explain any after effects and work towards making you as comfortable as possible during the procedure. I recently had a tooth break and had some pain, they took the time to squeeze me in the next day and that makes them what they are today, caring.
