No follow up after work was completed (1-2 weeks) to find out if everything was satisfactory
The job took longer than we were told. It turned out very nice, except for one thing: when the shower drain was installed the installer put a huge hole in the subfloor below it which in turn created a hole in the ceiling of our laundry room. We also have been waiting for a round shower door knob for one of the shower doors for weeks now with no update from Kyle as to when we will get it.
The jet tub that was put in does not have hot water nor do the jets turn on
The project isn’t finished yet!
Nothing was done on time. Took over 6 weeks. Installers were professional for the most part. They kept being called away to other jobs.
