John G was a Welcome relief. After a few years of trying to get my project completed the company finally sent him. He showed up very respectful, knowledgeable and with a great attitude. Not only did he fix what the ticket was for but found two other problems from previous installers with this company and he fixed both of those issues. Would give the company a 2 star at best but John G gets a 5 star. I used Your Home Improvement Company, LLC based out of Rapid City SD for a complete window replacement in June 2024. The service was outstanding with Tyler J****** (Team Lead)/John G****. Initially, Tyler measured and gave me a quote. I also had opportunity to meet/work with John G**** who came and reconfirmed all measurements. John was very reliable, called to ensure the appointment time and very quickly fixed a minor issue I had with one of my patio doors. I would recommend your company to my family and friends.

John recently came out to my house and had to re wrap and insulate all my windows. He did an amazing job and was very timely and professional. I'm very glad he was the one who came out. He changed my opinion of YHIC since my last bad experience with the previous window contractor....John actually took his time, didn't rush, and did a GREAT JOB!!

When my 12 windows were installed, the nail holes were not filled around the frames, making it look unfinished. John came to fix something else that took 10 mins. He then spend the rest of his day tediously covering each nail hole. I really appreciated the attention to detail. Thanks!

Jason proposed a remedy for our shower door… Always easy to work with very good interpersonal skills to try and solve any issues we might have… Represents the company well… We will look at this remedy in a couple weeks to see if it takes care of the issue… We appreciate his professionalism…Jason always goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer !
