Crappy service, worst customer service I have ever seen in a company. Been one year now and our windows are still not finished. Installer, supervisor, and district supervisor refuse to return calls. Basement windows were not ordered in the correct size and were to small for the opening in both width and height. Missing a screen on the kitchen window.
