Apparently, the shower pan is wrong. It's about 4 inches too short. We were told only an 1/8th of an inch should be filled with caulking. We're still dealing with any possible correction. The gentleman was here today, and they are not going to change it but patch our floor for us, supposedly.
The window quality is fine the exterior finished work is very sub par
Craftsmanship not acceptable, incorrectly installed window and trim work not acceptable
