You guys started on juy 29. They ordered the wrong vanity counter top. Took another 45days. To get the right one. We could not use our bathroom the whole time. Took 3 week to get our shower glass. Could not use our shower till last week. There is a 1inch.gap between the vanity and the tub. That needs to still be fixed properly, either fill the gap or get a longer vanity to eliminate the gap..Water and stuff can fall in the gap. Wont be able to clean in the gap.The transition is not right.. so im not happy.

This project was unnecessarily delayed for 5 months and project was never evaluated properly. A upcharge of 2,500.00 was paid by me because the electric panel was not inspected properly by first project manager. Project was unorganized and parts had to be ordered on the day of installation further delaying the completion.

Disaster from the beginning. I was told the project would be done in 6-8 weeks but it wasn't. My final product has scratches in it. Too much pay for damaged goods. My new shower was left dirty with caulk all over the floor which after scrubbing for an hour, is still there.

No communication, did not know the plumbers were coming separately. He didn't come nor call. It was not a 2 day project. I took off work to be home. They showed up on Wed, no call to say hey what's your schedule like.
