Great experience! I found the new patient exam and cleaning deal online and decided to try them out. Beautiful and clean building inside and out, outstanding customer service, fancy amenities (nepresso, massage chair, Disney plus), kind and knowledgeable staff. Cristina was my hygienist and Dr.Nguyen was the doc and they both were great. They made good recommendations and took care of my teeth. I would return. If you try them out too, please give them my name!
Needed a new Dentist (pronto) and am so happy a Google search led me to “Your Oviedo Dentist!” If you’re seeking a new Dental Practice, trust me…you’ll be amazed!! Impeccable service from start to finish. Dentist and hygienist provided utterly professional dental care, & in addition, they had me at Coffee Bar, Parrafin Hand Wax, & Massage Chair!
Where do I begin? I mean...I'm BLOWN away. I was pulled in by the new client special. I was greeted by my name on on the welcome sign. Entered into the most beautiful office. I waited LESS than 3 minutes from my appointment time to being in a chair bit first I received a tour of the building. Where I was advised I could sit in these luxurious massage chairs if needed. What a wonderful practice. They are so great with kids and we loved how nice and clean everything was. Greta took such great care of our 5 yr old and was so patient explaining to her why brushing the teeth is so important. Would recommend this dentist to anyone.
Today was my time going to Your Oviedo Dentist, and the experience was not what I expected. Never have I felt so welcomed and comfortable going to the dentist. Everyone was welcoming respectful and kind. I felt like they cared about me as a person. Definitely will go there again!
