I can highly recommend the apartment it was lovely clean. Bright and airy. It . has everything we have needed on our stay and when we did have a small issue it was dealt with very promptly by our host Jai who was great at keeping us fully informed on what was happening . I will definitely be booking again next time I am working in Birmingham
The building itself is stunning! Great location, right on Broad Street opposite Tesco and Sainsbury's which is very handy. The apartment was very clean, and had everything we could have needed, although slightly smaller than expected. The view is amazing from the 10th floor, really made our trip special. The bed was very comfy, as was the sofa. The staff were very responsive on WhatsApp which was appreciated, and Jai was particularly great. They even extended our check out time for free. Perfect Stay Apartments provided a wonderful experience. The location is within walking distance to the city center, making it very convenient. The agency managers were extremely attentive and responded promptly to all my requests. I would especially like to thank Jai for her kindness and efficiency in helping me resolve an issue with a package delivery, even some time after my stay had ended. It was a pleasure working with her. Thank you!
I recently booked via your perfect stay, and absolutely cannot fault them at all. Everything was done very smoothly and in a swift manner, from enquiring about the accomodation, to booking a stay and amending the booking I had. I definitely recommend them to all and will be booking through them again for sure!
Apartment was near, clean & awesome. I had a great stay with my family. Every utensil, electrics, cleaning tools were there. Location was close to the famous Bullring. I highly recommend this place.
