Contacted YWFS because of the advertised offer of a free will for key workers. Duncan was quick to respond and true to their word, within a few days I had my will. If you have kids then you definitely need a will - you can nominate guardians (it's not just about financial stuff). There was no sales pressure at all and I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. It took about an hour to complete.
