Alison did a great job from start to finish. I asked her initially, when we first started the process to re-mortgage, to text me when we received emails and she kept true to her word. She answered all my questions and if she didn’t know the answer got back to me very quickly. She even checked in with me after we closed to make sure everything was OK (which it was).
