Dr. Zaibak is frank and only encourages patients to get work done ONLY if they really needed. So, you don't ever have to question whether or not he's trying to sell a service or treatment that's both expensive and wasteful. However, I do miss the hot beverages we used to be able to enjoy. It appears coffee and hot cocoa is no longer complimentary. The Keurig that once greeted patrons near the reception area has since been removed. As always, both the staff & Dr. Zaibak listen closely to your concerns and provide option(s) to resolve the issue. They take the time needed to explain the procedure and potential cost involved, noting what insurance covers vs. what will be out of pocket. They're very thorough and empathetic to your pain & financial considerations.
I love this place! I went to get all four of my wisdom teeth pulled on February 2, 2018. The surgeon was gentle. He constantly checked on me and seemed genuinely concerned about my well being. Everyone is nice at this facility. Great atmosphere! Great customer service! Very clean. They let me keep my wisdom teeth!!! They had no problem writing notes for my job with all of my prescriptions on it and they gave me a copy of my xrays. Dr. Z is amazing he , works on all our family members. Dr Z and his staff are professional, polite, and caring ! They always explain to you what they are working on that day, and ask if you have any questions. They also make sure they go over it again with you ,before you leave the office. My family and I, and my friends refuse to see anyone else.They are all wonderful in our eyes!

Great Doctor and great Staff! I moved further away so I travel at least 30 miles , passing maybe a 1000 dentist enroute but the comfort of knowing upon arrival I'm in great hands is worth every mile .
