Very bad service the, the food is good but it a small restaurant and the service is very bad.
We were a party of 8 and celebrating a birthday. The birthday cake never came out even though we reminded the server a few times. We were then asked to leave because the next reservation party had arrived. The service was very bad!
Service sucked. Waited an hour and 20 mins for our food. Table behind us got seated after us, enjoyed their entire meal and left and we only had gotten drinks
Slow service, food not too great. We were sat between two tables that were both experiencing issues with their food - red flag to start. Table to the right sent back 2 dishes - one cause the salad was missing key ingredients, the salmon because it was undercooked. The restaurants' eye to detail and customer service is lacking. For example, we ordered fries as an add on. The fries came out cold. I asked for it to be fixed - they brought out fries that were clumped together and hard and overcooked. Wait staff was slow and often times confused. 3 out of 4 plates came out cold. Would not go back.
My friend and I went on a Friday night excited to try the new restaurant in town but was disappointed. As we walked in, the decor looked amazing and the ambiance of the restaurant was definitely fun and lively. However, our server Nicolas forgot our drink orders for over 30 mins because he did not write it down. We waited patiently and had to remind him several times and finally got our drinks that was majority melted ice water. Unfortunately the food was not good at all. Definitely not worth the price. The bone marrow was disappointing, the potato was hard and cold, the salad was not as described on the menu and overall the experience was disappointing
