Zari is the most knowledgeable, patient, kind, and efficient lender in the business! She talked to us about the process, several months before we were ready to seek pre-approval, so that we knew what to expect and to be as prepared as possible. She answered all of our questions for months in between. She made the preapproval and the escrow process, which is famously miserable, just a dream of an experience. Zari was hands down the most informative and easiest professional I have ever worked with!
