As a FTHB, Zari was extremely helpful and informative about the process. She was not pushy or overbearing and never did I feel like I was being pressured. At one point I decided to go with another lender due to better rates and Zari was understanding and provided honest feedback regarding my decision. Ultimately the other lender didn't work out and I contacted Zari with a mere two weeks to close and she was able to get it done by the close date.
