Chris, Ryan, Vera, Annie, and Teresa at Zenith Home Loans made refinancing our mortgage a very quick, efficient, and painless process. Chris and the other members of the Zenith team were in constant contact, whether that was via a telephone call, text, or email, advising us of which documents we needed to provide at each step of the refinance. Their system enabled us to download/upload documents or e-sign, using our mobile devices. We wound up with a great rate and much lower monthly payment.
Contract deadlines met; efficient teamwork!
Chris was very open and answered all the questions I had about the process and about my loan. He also gave us looks at all the different options we had open to us and explained the differences, which, allowed me to make an informed decision.
