The entire house buying process went so smooth for us and it was because we had a great team on our side, a big part of that being Chris. He was very communicative, always there for any and all questions, and did everything possible to make sure there were no surprises on closing day!
Chris was recommended to us by a close friend so we already knew that he would be wonderful, but his honesty, communication, flexibility and attention to detail exceeded all of our expectations. We are first time home buyers, so it was amazing to be able to work with someone who could show us the ropes, give us practical advice, and be on top of every little detail so we didn’t have anything to worry about. We highly recommend Chris to anyone and we will certainly use him for all future needs.
My wife and I took an extended time to find the right house for us but Chris made it very easy to get through the whole process and closing costs were even cheaper than originally estimated.
Chris was incredibly responsive. My hours are very strange, but I never felt out of touch with him. He was patient with my questions and very knowledgeable. As a first-time home buyer, I felt like he helped me understand all my options very well.

Chris was very helpful throughout my entire loan process. He took the time to and explore options, explain details, and find the best fit loan for me. He was consistently available for questions and helped keep all of my deadlines in order. I would highly recommend Chris!!
Rates and fees should be explained with a bit more clarity, as when pre-approval was sent over, it was a very very different rate and process than what I was "pre-approved" for. I would prefer to not have two payments, and such a high rate, but Chris did what he had to in order to get the deal done, which was appreciated. The process is stressful, so his timelines in responding to questions was appreciated.
Chris did a great job helping us with our home loan. He was very responsive and attentive at all times. I enjoyed speaking with Chris about our different options and what was right for us. Thanks Chris!
