I just closed on my house last week and Chris and his team at Hallmark made the financing a breeze and with very competitive rate and pricing. He presented plenty of options for me and home purchase and took the time present and explain them to me. The Hallmark technology system made it easy to upload documents, esign and keep tabs on the progress of the approval, loan and closing process. Chris came recommended to me from a friend. We were able to do all of the paperwork for pre-approval and the entire loan application process either online or by phone, at times that were convenient for me. He also recommended a buyer's agent and they worked together behind the scenes to make sure everything was completed thoroughly and on-time so that there were no surprises or complications at closing, and everything was done well before it was needed so there were no rushes or emergencies at the end.
