Christine is a great communicator with a very positive and upbeat attitude and personality. She is always willing to listen and go the extra mile to make sure the clients are well taken care of and have a full and complete understanding of the process from start to finish. Can't recommend her enough.

A bit of miscommunication in some areas but everything was eventually addressed. I'm not taking off as much as I should for the ridiculously one-sided language in the loan documentation but I guess it's designed so lawyers can remain employed.
