I know Zerorez does a great job cleaning our carpets, so I scheduled them to come to our home to clean carpets at the tail end of a huge house remodel. We had to closely coordinate the time with sub-contractors and after I made the appointment with Zerorez, the subs didn't finish on time. I called the night before the appointment hoping to reschedule for the afternoon of the same day, but knowing that it probably would not be possible.
