I usually do not leave reviews, however, I am so impressed with the cleaning of my area rug I felt I needed too. I have 2 high energy dogs that shed but there wasn’t any “biological” stains just normal for a high traffic rug. Rug looks brand new!! Process was easy, I set up my appointment via their chat app as I had pricing questions. Did do my own drop off and pick up but that too was slick, quick call before I arrived both times and everything was ready.
