Fast. Friendly. Worth it. As a busy single mom, it’s hard to get everything done all the time, I’m so happy I let the pros handle my carpet cleaning for me this year. They were so understanding too when I had to reschedule three times due to work and the late snowfall. Super friendly; from scheduling to the technician, they were all top notch. Is it more than I would have spent doing it myself… yes BUT is it BETTER than me doing it myself..100%

I received a phone call asking if it was okay to come early which I was pleased with as there is an impending snowstorm so that was welcome. Young man was very courteous and very thorough. We walked through the condominium together and I showed him where the harder stains are and where they were biological stains where he needed to spend more time. Had carpet shampooing scheduled yesterday. The guy came right before a lengthy meeting started. I showed him the two rooms, and the spot where my dog had some accidents. Each of two rooms had area rugs covering the majority of the room. He works for about an hour, texts me an invoice, and leaves. He only cleaned the carpet around the edges of each room, and not the rugs, nor the carpet under the rug. (Only the grey carpet in these photos.) And then charges me for 3 15x15 rooms plus stairs. $350 for maybe 100 square fee... read more

We scheduled the duct cleaning service because we were constantly getting sick. We had just bought our house in January so I figured this was a good step to take before looking into possible mold. I’m so glad we did. The techs showed us pictures of what the ducts looked like and how much they were able to vacuum out. The after images were beautiful! Our ducts sparkled they were so clean. Wow. Incredible service. So easy to schedule, technician Christopher Weber was exceptional. We had 10+ year old carpets cleaned when we moved into a home where previous owners had big dogs. Carpets looked great. During the final inspection, there was a terrible moment where red dye leaked onto the carpet from a shoe covering (from us, not Zerorez) and Christopher stayed and fixed that too. Would have rated him 5 stars without the scare at the end, he deserves 10. Thank you!!!
