Jonathan Driver was excellent. Underwriting department was slow.
Jonathan Driver is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and proficient. Any questions I may have are answered and he makes sure I have a complete understanding before our conversation ends. This is my first time working with Zeus Lending and he is making my experience a great one thus far.
Do your research! Zeus Lending poor service cost me to loose a client AND almost made me loose my investment deal. Beware of Cash-out refinance, this is NOT what they are good at doing. Wasted two months and too much money and leadership did not step in nor respond. They misrepresent themselves; you will not get a loan closed in 15 days with Zeus.
The worst experience ever. I do not recommend and Zeus will blame Underwriting (which they were horrible). They will claim to know what they are doing and can get it done and fast...... Not at all, I had to go to another lender after 2 months of wasting my time and money waiting on them for answers. I waited too long to move on....
