Absolute nightmare experience— Punitive communication, withheld delivery, and extortion tactics. My family and I used Zip to Zip Moving for our interstate relocation, storing our household inventory temporarily while securing our permanent residence. From the start, we experienced major friction with unexpected and drastic price increases that required hard negotiations just to bring down to a semi-reasonable level. Unfortunately, this experience was very different from the positive experience I previously had with Zip To Zip Moving. I was originally quoted $662 to move a heavy dresser a distance of only 0.3 miles. During the booking process, I clearly disclosed both the weight of the item and the need for three movers, so these requirements should not have come as a surprise.
