Zirrus did great! City street sweeper broke my cable line(hasn’t been laid in ground yet) and Within 40 mins. Zirrus sent nice tech.to give me new line/get my home back online. Very Impressed with how all have been so nice & Patient with me from start of entire process. Mason, Roger, Aaron, Landon, Paula, Brian, Barry, Jane & Calvin have all been helpful & so prompt to address my needs & concerns. Have had a problem receiving email from (1) customer. In a matter of minutes Kayla asked a couple of questions, diagnosed the problem in my settings and remotely corrected the problem. Could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Absolutely tickled pink with the service. Props to Zirrus too for using local employees for tech service and not farming it out as too many companies do.
