My help was very professional and was tremendously helping me understand what to do with international traveling and calling back home. I appreciate it this help so much thank you for being a good company.
Have had a problem receiving email from (1) customer. In a matter of minutes Kayla asked a couple of questions, diagnosed the problem in my settings and remotely corrected the problem. Could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Absolutely tickled pink with the service. Props to Zirrus too for using local employees for tech service and not farming it out as too many companies do.
Barry was extremely helpful. He listened and assisted in solving our issue.
Skylar tried to help me on Friday but my patience with anything electronic had already expired when. I called for assistance. I could not follow her instructions because I was having electronic issues with printer, computer, and phone. She was patient, but I could not continue and planned to call back this week. Jane was an excellent representative! She spent extra time and efforts to resolve my problem.
I could not access the internet. I call main number, Berry answered very quickly. Was extra patient. When I knew he had connection to our modem and Wi-Fi router, I said let me hang up, and clean up my LAN wires. And that fix my messy problem. So I did not call back. Then tonight, Berry called me, and check on my problem. Great customer service!!!!
