Have been an internet customer since early December. Today lost service with a different utility company accidentally cut the mine. From initial phone call to fully patched and restored by Zirrus technicians in just over an hour. Terrific service!
Everyone from Skyra, Lee and Tommy were fantastic! I wished all company's and their associates were as dedicated.

The entire experience was made so much easier by each member of your staff that I dealt with. Linda took my car had me go through the process of resetting the device did not bring it back up. She had the first technician come out and he could not fix the problem due to it being an outside problem blemish…both he and Linda forwarded the repair call for the outside technician and he fixed it within 15/20 minutes.
