Works well, takes some getting use to and working ... Works well, takes some getting use to and working out some kinks. Register it with Zodiac the flow valve broke on me and they sent me a brand new one!

Great unground automatic pool vac Works as advertised and was easy to setup. I use it on a 32x16 unground pool. I had an older Baracuda so I reused some of the hose segments to provide better reach to the far end of the pool. Also I don't use the flow control. I Attach the vacuum hose to a skimmer basket cover with a male opening the vacuum hose attaches to directly. The debree is captured in the skimmer basket. Baracuda works well cleaning pool walls and floor.
I didn't like it much before, but I really like it now!! I previously had a cleaner like this, but it didn't have the UPPER RING which makes a huge difference!! Before, it would get stuck in a few spots, mainly the stairs, and I had to be vigilant of it to go out and release it, which some days could be a few times!! Because that was annoying, I stopped using it regularly. I did not have any complaints about how good it cleaned the pool, but this new model WITH the UPPER RING, allowed me to add one more hose section. The res... read more
Clean Sweep! Working great so far.
Works fine when it's not hung up! Ok, I do have to manually go out and move it pretty frequently as it seems to hang itself up in certain areas. If the hose connected to the "working" end is on top of the hose connected to pool it stops moving.
