Excellent Product. After having 3 Haywards ($$$$) and paying to have their many moving parts replaced on an annual basis ($$$$$$$$$$) we switched to this type of cleaner. We could not be more pleased. ONE moving part and the replacement cost for that part is 2 for $18.00 ! Covers the entire pool, never gets stuck on the main drain, doesn't get stuck in corners nor on steps. We just wish we had switched sooner. In Florida our pool vacuums run year round. Gets stuck Vacuum frequently gets stuck in same location.

Better than the original Kreepy Krauly, swallows palm fronds and debris easily. Have had a number of Kreepy Kraulys. After 20 years of use it was time for a new one. Almost settled on the MX8 but based on some pool professional advice I went for this. I already had a side suction in the pool so this was a plug and play. I did get the new Zodiac leaf catcher and boy am I glad I did. I have had this setup now for 2 months.
