Great Product at 1/2 the price of competition After 3 Hayward’s over the last 15 years I decided to try something different. I’m glad I did. The Zodiac Barracuda works great. No longer does my vacuum get stuck on the tiniest rock jamming up it’s guts forcing me to disassemble it to clear the jam. Works like a champ. Climbs the walls. I get full coverage of the pool. After the Fourth there was some soot and debris from the neighbors fireworks. By morning it was all gone. Highly recommended!
This little monster is awesome We named our MX-6 Carl, wait for it, it will make sense in a moment. We have a 29000 gallon pool with a diving board in the deep end, I needed 3 more hoses to use a single skimmer. I just used the skimmer in the shallow end first, then transferred it to the deep end skimmer, I was cool with that. It really picks up stuff, sometimes it sucks up something big like a rock, we have kids, really bad kids, they are evil. Great product. Some qualifications. Read full review. I really like this robot vacuum. It does a great job of keeping the bottom of the pool clean and I purchased a leaf filter ($40) as well to put inline (definitely was needed). There wasn’t enough hose to reach all areas of the pool as my suction is at one end of the pool and so I needed 5 extra hoses ($75). Great pool Helper I must say that I’m quite impressed with this pool vac. It really helps to clean the crud off the bottom of the pool. This thing actually climbs the walls of the pool too. After a heavy rain that leaves debris on the bottom of the pool, the robot does the cleanup. Awesome.
