To put the weight on the hose closest to the machine itself. Didn't know from previous machines how simple pool life was suppose to be until we got the Baracuda.
Cleans well. Easy setup. Buy extra hose. So far so good. I recommend extra hose. I have a small in ground 12000 gallon pool and this unit does a good job. It doesn't get stuck on things like my creepy crawler style vac did. I could use a few extra sections of hose.
