The MX8 elite works very well on most of my pool. It does become stuck on a couple of the pop ups and trying to go up the side of the fountain.

The MX8 to date has been the BEST pool cleaner I have used. After trying many of the Diaphragm suction types and the lack of wall cleaning and expensive cost of buying new diaphragms 3 times a year this by far works the BEST and worth the added cost.
