Since contacting Zynex Medical about a year ago I have had only the best experience! I contacted Zynex to inquire about a tens unit for my back. They were sooo helpful in explaining about their newest tens unit ( sooo much better than my last one!). They billed my insurance directly, sent my unit out right away, & followed up with extra electrodes, batteries, connecting wires... everything I needed & more!!
