My experience with the telephone conversation was great. The gentleman that I spoke with very professional and people friendly.
Other than having issues with insurance it went well. The rep tried to explain to me what was going on in a way I could comprehend.
Very nice costumer service, no suggestions for improvement thank you.
Very professional, yet personable. Made me feel comfortable talking about my physical issues, and offered information that was easily understood about the product and how it can help my physical pain and mobility, along with information on the cost so that I had no surprises. I really appreciate all the information and the extra time she took to talk to me about it.
