Everyone I spoke to was very helpful. I am anxious to get my machine and try it out. I really think it will be pain relief for me long-term from a chronic conditions. Crossing my fingers that my insurance will pay for it, but very relieved to know that I can purchase it myself at a reasonable price if necessary.
