They didn't send a bill until al.ost a year later then hit me with a 1500 bill. Their pads are way over priced and you can get the exact same ones from most physical therapy offices. Total rip off you can get a tens unit that works just as good for $25 don't waste your money and get ripped off!

You policy seems predatory, you have a business policy that says " pay us up front then we will bill your insurance company and it does not matter how much your insurance company pays us we may or may not reimburse the customers money. You won't get the medical device pre-authorized. You seems like scammers it seems to me. All based on my interactions with your staff.

They wouldn’t help me even though they had guaranteed payment.

Customer service not helpful. Misinformed about the device cost and charges a lot of money to insurance company and once they pay. Then Zyynex reps states what insurance paid was only for supplies (4 pads or so) over $200 and the tiny device is over $350 and customer is responsible if insurance company doesn’t pay. My doctor recommended to use them. They also misinformed doctors on the process. I found out without insurance you only pay $250 for the device from another customer. I was very disappointed that the company wasn’t able to go through my insurances before shipping. I didn’t want the hassle of receiving it and my insurances not covering it and I would have to send it back. I feel as though this is their way of making money so I declined their services because most places get it approved before you can get it.

I purchased a NexWav product from Zynex to assist with pain and rehabilitation from a major knee surgery. Not only did I receive very little instruction or follow up on the product but I have been dealing with billing from Zynex for over 2 years post surgery. This company continued to send and bill me for products for over 1 year, including batteries that I never requested.
