I am in love with my Cervical Traction Equipment my Chiropractor recommended. I received the device quickly after my doctor put in the order and I provided Zynex Medical some minor additional information. I tried it out right away. I was supposed to allow the equipment to stretch my neck for 20 minutes. It felt so good, I feel asleep for 30 minutes. I obviously LOVED it! I felt so good and relaxed afterward. The unit is Awesome but what is ABOVE and BEYOND is their Customer Service. My dogs chewed up the power cord and I called for a replacement. I fully expected to pay for it. No , No Way, NADA. They sent it out. You all have gone above and beyond anyone. As a lifetime Manager, Customer Care Associate and Representative for several Corporations, I know how valuable delivering Quality Services are. Again Thank You. You Exceeded My Expectations. Steve
Customer service and training was great. The rep made sure we knew how to operate every function of the device we were receiving and made sure we had contact information if anything should happen and we need assistance. The call center customer service was also great when my medical changed. They found a way for me to keep my device while changing insurance carriers.
I would give it an All Around 10, This Unit has really helped my pain in more ways than one. From my back to my shoulders to my arms , you can even put it on your legs. Don't have to take pain pills that much any more. Thank you, and the service has been Great and everything I need is here on time before I need it never late. Great Job!!!!!
Zynex has supplied a back brace, none like I had seen before. It came with extender panels if needed and the chords that tighten it are a great addition. I got a call about a few details and soon it arrived in the mail. Next, my doctor ordered a tens unit for pain management for me. Zynex has been wonderful in sending supplies , I believe monthly.
